Pfälzer Brats – German Sausage 500gr

Pfälzer Grobe Bratwurst/Pfälzer Bratwurst (Pfalzer Bratwurst) is from the Pfalz, a region in the south of the country Rhineland-Palatinate in southwest Germany.
Pfälzer Bratwurst is raw sausage, made exclusively from pork (pork shoulder, pork belly and/or back bacon).
The finished Pfälzer Bratwurst is about 15 cm long, about 2.5 – 3 cm in diameter and weighs about 125-130 grams. Pfälzer Bratwurst is usually grilled or fried and served with bread or rolls.
