All products listed on the Ănđi website are authentic and made in small batches, inspired by European culinary styles.

Prices are clearly displayed and do not include shipping fees.

After placing an order through the website, our team will confirm the details via phone or message before shipping.

As a small household business, Ănđi does not issue VAT invoices. Retail receipts can be provided upon request.

Bank transfer or Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.

Bank transfer details will be shown upon order confirmation.

For large or long-distance orders, a deposit may be required.

Nationwide delivery via trusted partners such as GHTK, J&T, or regional carriers.

Estimated delivery time: 1–5 working days, depending on location and courier schedule.

Same-day delivery available for Ho Chi Minh City orders placed early (subject to product availability).

Shipping fees vary by region. Free or discounted shipping may apply for large orders or during promotions.

Due to the nature of food products, Ănđi does not accept returns once the product has been opened or partially used.

If items are damaged during delivery or there’s a production error, please contact us within 24 hours with an unboxing video for support.
