GERMAN SAUSAGES

There are no food more quintessentially German than the sausage. It can be cooked in homes, at parties, on the street – sausages are simply part of the culture. Andreas brought that sausage culture with him when he arrived in Vietnam and established Andi by making some of the finest sausages, and upholding the culture of the Wurst.
