Delicious Mexican-style stewed Frankfurter

Ingredients:
– 8-10 Frankfurter sausages, sliced
– 1 onion, chopped

– 1 can (14 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
– 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
– 2 cups beef or vegetable broth
– 1 teaspoon ground cumin
– 1 teaspoon chili powder
– 1/2 teaspoon paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish
– Lime wedges for serving
– Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, diced avocado

Instructions:
1. In a large pot or oven, heat a bit of oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

2. Add the sliced Frankfurter sausages to the pot and cook until lightly browned, stirring occasionally.

3. Stir in the diced bell pepper, canned tomatoes, kidney beans, and corn.

4. Pour in the broth and add the ground cumin, chili powder, and paprika. Stir to combine all the ingredients.

5. Bring the stew to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
